RPM Services Â
I'm an RPM L2 Provider and the founder of Non Linear Education - a framework built on one radical idea: every learner can access complex ideas, regardless of label or diagnosis.
I am currently accepting a few clients at my Portland office for 1:1 Spelling / RPM work.
In an RPM session, your child will learn:
- Age-appropriate academics
- Communication through pointing and spelling
- Critical thinking through structured prompts
Communication / Spelling is not a prerequisite for learning. It develops through RPM.
I'm currently accepting a small number of 1:1 Spelling/RPM clients at my Portland office.Â
Who is it for?
This is for your child if:
- Your child is non-speaking or unreliable with speech.
- You suspect they understand more than they show.
- You are tired of waiting for “readiness”.
- You want real academics - not endless matching and sorting and puzzles.
- You don’t need your child to prove anything first.
Math and Science Lessons Â
Over the past 15 years, I've taught Math and Science to neurodivergent learners - including many spellers - using my trademarked Non Linear Education strategy.
What this is not: This is not modified curriculum or dumbed-down content. It's age-appropriate, rigorous, joyful learning.
 Available online and in person.Â
Parent and Practitioner Training Â
This is for you if:
- You've tried a lot of different techniques, and your child still seems unreachable in academics
- You're a teacher working with Autistic learners or students with Down Syndrome
- You're a spelling practitioner (RPM / S2C / Spellers) and you're not sure how to move your student forward in Math or Science

Let's talk. We'll figure out the next best step for you and your learner together.
Hello, I'm Vaish!
I'm a Math and Science teacher and mom to Sid Ghosh - a non-speaking Autistic teen with Down Syndrome who is also a published poet.
I founded Non Linear Education because I needed it for Sid. When Sid was 9, I taught him the Binary Number System using these same strategies. What I discovered - for him, and for hundreds of learners since - is that the problem is not Autism or Down Syndrome or a Cognitive Delay.
I'm an RPM L2 Provider (training to be L3 currently) and have spent the last decade building a framework where every student gets to experience the joy of real learning.
