INTRO 

I'm an RPM L2 Provider and the founder of Non Linear Education - a framework built on one radical idea: every learner can access complex ideas, regardless of label or diagnosis.

RPM stands for Rapid Prompting Method - it is the origin of spelled communication - where we use Academics to build language, communication and critical thinking.

In an RPM session, your child will:

  • Engage with age-appropriate, grade-level academics - not sorting, not matching

  • Build communication through pointing and spelling on a letterboard

  • Develop critical thinking through structured, academic prompts

Spelling is not a prerequisite for academic learning. It grows because of it

Math and Science Lessons  

Over the past 15 years, I've taught Math and Science to neurodivergent learners - including many spellers - using my trademarked Non Linear Education strategy.

What this is not: This is not modified curriculum or dumbed-down content. It's age-appropriate, rigorous, joyful learning.

Parent and Practitioner Training

Hello, I'm Vaish!

I'm a Math and Science teacher and mom to Sid Ghosh - a non-speaking Autistic teen with Down Syndrome who is also a published poet.

I founded Non Linear Education because I needed it for Sid. When Sid was 9, I taught him the Binary Number System using these same strategies. What I discovered - for him, and for hundreds of learners since - is that the problem is not Autism or Down Syndrome or a Cognitive Delay.

I'm an RPM L2 Provider (training to be L3 currently) and have spent the last decade building a framework where every student gets to experience the joy of real learning.
